WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The pinnacle of the Southwest Airlines Co pilot union Wednesday sharply criticized Boeing Co and questioned whether the producer became once trying to tempo up the timeline for the 737 MAX’s return to carrier.

Boeing’s most efficient-promoting 737 MAX has been grounded since March, after two lethal crashes in 5 months killed 346 folks, and it has come underneath harsh criticism from U.S. lawmakers.
Jon Weaks, who heads the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association (SWAPA), stated in a level to to pilots Wednesday, reviewed by Reuters, that “Boeing is increasingly more publicizing that they would seemingly well simply need to end down their production line attributable to working out of room to retailer performed MAX airplane.
